Insurance Verification Specialist

Kim was born and raised in Oxford, NC. She currently resides in Franklinton, NC with her daughter. She is a 1999 graduate of South Granville High School. Kim immediately entered the Administrative field and brings 12 years of Administrative Assistant experience including 3 years of experience from the North Carolina Department Of Public Health to Koren Dental Management. Kim hopes to continue her education in the future. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends when she is not working. She joined KDM as an Administrative Assistant in March 20ll, but has moved into the Insurance Verification Specialist position. She is enjoying learning more and more about the dental field.

Billing/Account Representative

Bridget is the Collections Account Representative for Koren Dental Management, INC. Bridget was born and raised in the Creedmoor area. She is a 2004 graduate of South Granville High School as well as a 2008 graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Minor concentration in Business Management. Bridget has been in the dental field for over 7 years and has been with Koren Dentistry since July 2008. She enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend, family and friends at Kerr Lake and at the dog park with her 3 year old Doberman Pinscher, Cam.

Billing/Account Representative

Nicole was born and raised in Durham, NC. She graduated from Hillside High School and is currently enrolled at Herzing University Online pursuing her certification in Medical Billing and Coding. She has worked in the dental field for 9 years. She has worked as an Office Manager, a Business Manager, and also a Front Desk Assistant. She joined the Billing Team of Koren Dental Management as a Billing Account Representative in November 2011. In her spare time she loves to shop, travel, and spend time with her family, especially her teenage son. She looks forward to learning new things and bringing her experience to the KDM Billing Team.

Toni is from Durham NC and she graduated from Hillside High School. She joined Koren Dental Management's Billing Team in October 2011. She had previously worked in general dentistry for 3 years as a Treatment Coordinator/Front Office Assistant. She has a 4 year old son named Cameron who she loves dearly. She just purchased her first home in August 2010 in Stem NC. She enjoys spending time with her son, traveling to water parks and the beach and shopping. She is looking forward to bringing her experience with insurance and dental knowledge to the KDM
Billing Team.

Billing/Account Representative

Wanda is a Granville County native and has spent her life in the Creedmoor/Butner area. She graduated from South Granville High School and attended Vance-Granville Community College where she completed a Medical Coding course in 2005. She brings more than 3 years of dental experience to Koren Dental Management. Wanda joined the Billing Team in August 2011. In her free time, Wanda loves to spend time with her husband, two wonderful children, family, and friends. She spends a lot of time riding Harleys with her husband and friends and she also enjoys supporting her children in the GCHS Panthers Marching Band. Wanda is looking forward to learning new things and applying her dental experience in her position with KDM.
