Janet, Chief Executive Officer:
She serves as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization
Janet created Koren Dental Management, Inc. and the management team 2007, before that she managed the offices solo.
In 2008, she created a billing team for all locations, she oversees the account receivables and AR reporting, along with directing, and managing multi-million-dollar dental practices. She is in charge and the decision maker for each location.
She is the developer and executer of new business development in the acquisition of new practices and the sale of established practices.
She interviews, hires new staff and sets salaries for all company personnel.
She is in charge of dentist recruitment and all dentist contract negations.
She implements training processes and provides executive coaching for dentist.
She is in charge of reviewing and making the final decisions on all advertisements, budgets, office polices and production goals. She meets on a regular basis with the CPA and Finance Manager. She has a great understanding of the unique business and legal issues that affect dental practices. Janet has participated in advanced studies at The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dentistry. Janet was nominated in 2008 for the Manager of the Year award by the AADOM. Janet’s combined 10 plus years of practical hands on medical/dental experience along with her vast business knowledge for developing new systems to maximize efficiency, accuracy, is the key to the success of Koren Management, Inc.
Janet currently lives in Raleigh with her two children.

Laurie, Corporate Assistant:
Laurie was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia and now resides in Oxford, NC with her husband and two English Bulldogs, Diesel and Daisy. She graduated from Meredith College in 1994 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Chemistry. She earned her Intraoral Radiography Certification and Coronal Polishing License from University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 1996. She became a Certified Orthodontic Assistant in 1999. She brings 15 years of dental and orthodontic experience to our company. Her background includes dental and orthodontic clinical chair side assisting, new patient coordinator, hygiene assistant, financial coordinator, appointment coordinator, office management and more. Serving in these varieties of roles has given her a multi-faceted understanding of the work ethics and determination required for a dental practice to function proficiently and profitably. Laurie currently serves as Koren Dental Management, Inc's Clinical Education Coordinator and Insurance Contract Manager. She coordinates the schedules for all four clinic locations for our 30 plus staff, dentist and specialists ensuring we have sufficient coverage each day. She coordinates the required continuing education courses for all of our licensed staff members including CPR and OSHA training. She also ensures that our staff and offices receive the most current OSHA, Radiation Safety, Occupational Hazard Safety Protocols and MSDS information. She routinely reviews the standards for all these processes on country, state, city and county levels. She facilitates the company's publicity, advertising and marketing strategies. She helps coordinates all company events including staff meetings, health fairs, company picnics and holiday celebrations. Laurie also implements all network relationships between the offices and dental insurance companies. This requires fee schedule reviews, dentist credentialing and contracting. We currently are networked with nearly 20 different dental insurance companies to provide services. She keeps current on all CDT-ADA coding and allowances. She plays a key role in interviewing, hiring, training and orienting new employees. She has also helped develop training manuals and orientation guidelines for newcomers. Her role within the company reaches well beyond these daily functional details and serves as a prime support figure to our CEO and owner always reaching for new heights and goals for the company. She is a driven professional who has a true passion for dentistry.

Robyn, Finance Manager / HR Specialist:
Robyn is Koren Dental Management's Finance Manager & Human Resource
Manager. As finance manager, she manages the cash flow for the group of
dental practices. She works in conjunction with the company's CPA to
internally and externally report financial statements. As Human Resource
Manager, she manages employee benefits, health insurance, 401k, and payroll
operations. She is physically located in the company's corporate location in
Creedmoor, NC.

Lia
Lia was born and raised in Toms River New Jersey. She currently
lives in Raleigh, NC with her wonderful husband and four beautiful children.
Lia brings three years of medical experience to our Koren Dental Management
Billing Team. She takes pride in helping our patients build positive
relationships within the company. Lia is always available to answer any
questions our patient may have regarding their insurance claims and
statements. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is
very involved with her children's sports and activities. Picture coming soon.
Sheletta
Sheletta has been in the dental profession for 14 years. She has
been with our company since 2006. Sheletta resides in Burlington, NC and has
two beautiful children. She earned her dental assisting degree from Alamance
Community College. She loves to spend her free time with her family.
